With a clear focus on quality and precision, Felastec offers solutions in the fields of laser welding, laser cutting and laser drilling.<\/p>\n

The company was founded in G\u00fcmligen\/Bern in November 1998. In the first few years of business, the company almost exclusively produced medical implants – so-called stents that support narrowed coronary arteries – using laser cutting. Due to demand for other applications, Felastec further expanded its laser services and became a partner for small and tricky laser applications in various industries. <\/p>\n

With the change of ownership at the beginning of 2017, laser services were established alongside laser applications, serving another industry sector with the areas of spare parts and mechanical engineering. In order to meet the new requirements, Felastec GmbH moved to Unterseen at the end of 2017. <\/p>\n
