Quality assurance

Felastec introduced a quality management system back in 1999 in order to be able to offer optimum solutions in the field of laser services and laser technologies. The current quality management system is based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

We use various measuring instruments to ensure that our work meets your quality requirements. On request, we also offer our customers test reports, test protocols, material certificates and CoCs.

On the left is a Mahr MarSurf PS 10 roughness measuring device with a profile resolution of 8 nm. Above, one of our measuring microscopes – a Mahr MarVision MM 420.

Surface technology

We offer internal post-processing such as deburring, ultrasonic cleaning, barrel finishing (vibratory grinding) and corrosion protection.

We have reliable partners for more complex post-processing and further processing such as electropolishing, bending, coating or mechanical production.

Development

We also support you in the design and development of your products in order to create the optimum conditions for laser processing right from the start. On request, we can also accompany your product through the entire manufacturing process. Ask us for customized laser services.
