Laser welding

Fine welding without thermal material distortion and without filler material

With laser welding, very small welds are possible without thermal material distortion due to the low heat input.

Steels with a carbon content of less than 0.2% are suitable for this process.
Tantalum, titanium, nickel, bronze and iron/nickel alloys can also be welded.
Thermal pulse forming enables the welding of dissimilar materials.
Highly reflective materials such as gold, platinum and copper can also be welded with the laser.
As a rule, no post-processing of the weld seam is required after welding.
